Yes, but we will need an email authorization from the registered recipient of the package or the creation of a Temporary Pick Up (TPU) from your Customer Service Portal.
1.- By renting a private mailbox (PMB), you will be assigned a personal PMB number. With a PMB, a registered customer will be able to receive unlimited mail and as many packages as wanted. Each package received with this option will incur a $3 charge.
2.- If you need to receive a package once, occasionaly or sporadically, we have a general delivery option that will suit your needs. Each package received with this option will incur an $8 charge and $2 extra for every additional week the package is at our location.
Not a problem. At The Back Porch Mail Center you have the option to choose. We offer UPS, FedEx, USPS, LSO, Estafeta and DHL, or if necessary we can ship your items via a freight carrier. We are here to serve your needs.
